How to Use

1. Shake well before use because this is a biphasic formula.
2. Close your eyes and mouth.
3. Spray onto the face from approximately 15–20 cm away.
4. Do not rinse.
5. Reapply whenever hot flushes begin or whenever a cooling and refreshing effect is desired.

It can be used over makeup or sunscreen, making it particularly convenient during the day.
